Specialised cool thermal packaging and boxes that replace polystyrene,
with increased strength, less bulk and are recyclable.
What are Insulated box made of?
Insulated box is made of corrugated paperboard and EPE foam/Bubble and aluminum foil,
used food grade glue pasted together, waterproof and foldable.
How do Insulated box work?
The corrugated board provides airflow and a conductive layer of packaging,
while the metallised polyester laminate reflects heat away and maintains coolness inside the package for longer.
Lower freight and handling costs
Retail packs can be sent directly from producer to retailer substantially reducing costs of freight, reprocessing and repackaging because Insulated do not require transhipping or repacking.
Insulated - direct delivery from the production line to the retailer or householder who is paid to recycle Insulated.
